Ingredients

  • 1 cup dragon fruit chunks frozen
  • 1 medium banana frozen and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk well-shaken
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup coconut water plus more to thin if needed

Method

  1. Add the frozen dragon fruit chunks and frozen banana slices to your blender first, as they blend most smoothly when placed at the bottom near the blades.
  2. Pour in the coconut milk and coconut water, which helps the blender catch the frozen fruit without straining the motor.
  3. Add the frozen pineapple chunks and honey if using, then secure the blender lid tightly.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds, stopping once to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and creamy with no visible chunks.
  5. Check the consistency — if too thick to pour, add coconut water 1 tablespoon at a time and pulse briefly until you reach your desired texture.
  6. Pour immediately into chilled glasses and serve right away for the best texture and coldest temperature.
