  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional for extra creaminess
  • Fresh berries or sliced banana for topping

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir vigorously with a spoon until the almond butter is fully incorporated and no clumps remain.
  2. If using Greek yogurt for extra creaminess, fold it into the mixture until smooth and evenly distributed throughout the oats.
  3. Seal the container tightly with a lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. For best results, stir once after the first hour to redistribute the almond butter.
  4. The next morning, give the oats a good stir. If they're too thick, add a splash of almond milk and stir until you reach your desired consistency.
